Accessibility Statement
Statement date: August 19, 2026
Our commitment
Player Fund Inc is committed to making this website usable by as many people as possible, including people who use assistive technology. We target Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA as our compliance standard, with WCAG 2.2 AA as an aspirational bar for future work.
Conformance status
Partially conforms. The site has not yet been through a dedicated accessibility audit or been tested with a screen reader. It was built with a number of accessibility practices in place (see below), but "partially conforms" is the honest status until a full audit has been done, not a claim of full compliance.
What's in place today
- A "skip to content" link at the top of every page
- Semantic HTML headings in order, one <h1> per page
- Descriptive alt text on informational images
- Form fields with associated labels
- Responsive layout that adapts down to mobile screen widths
- Respect for the operating system's reduced-motion preference for scroll animations
Known gaps
The following have not yet been formally verified and should be treated as open until an audit confirms them:
- Full keyboard-only navigation and a visible focus indicator on every interactive element
- Color contrast ratios (4.5:1 body text, 3:1 large text/UI components) across every component, including the hero video overlay text
- No keyboard traps in the Terms of Use modal or navigation menu
- Captions or a transcript for the homepage hero video (currently decorative/muted, but not formally reviewed for accessibility)
We do not have a fix timeline for these yet; if you rely on any of the items above and hit a barrier, please tell us using the contact method below and we will prioritize it.
Feedback
If you experience any accessibility barrier on this site, contact us at investors@player-fund.com. We aim to respond within 5 business days and to provide the information or service you need in an alternative format if the site itself can't yet deliver it accessibly.
Technical specifications
This site is built with standard HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, and is expected to work with recent versions of major browsers. It has not yet been tested against a specific assistive technology (e.g., a particular screen reader/browser combination); that testing is part of the audit this statement will be updated to reflect once complete.
