Acceptance of these terms
By using this website, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you create a client portal account, your acceptance of these terms and our Privacy Policy is confirmed at sign-up.
Who can use this site
You must be at least 18 years old, and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement, to create a client portal account. The website itself (outside the portal) is informational and available to any visitor.
The website and client portal
This site describes Player Fund Inc's advisory practice and provides a way to get in touch about a potential mandate. The client portal is a private area for existing clients to view documents we have made available to them (fund disclosures, agreements, statements). We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the portal for that purpose only. Nothing on this website or in the portal constitutes an offer, recommendation, or solicitation of any investment product, strategy, or transaction — see the disclosure in our site footer.
Your account
If you create a client portal account, you are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access. Provide accurate information when you sign up, and keep it current.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use this site or the client portal to: attempt to access another client's account or documents; probe, scan, or attempt to bypass the site's security controls; upload or transmit malicious code; or use the site for any unlawful purpose.
Intellectual property
The website's content, design, and branding belong to Player Fund Inc or its licensors. The documents made available to you through the client portal remain subject to whatever rights and restrictions applied to them when they were provided to you; the portal grants you access, not ownership or a license to redistribute them.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your client portal account if we reasonably believe you have violated these terms, engaged in unlawful conduct, or if your client relationship with Player Fund ends. You may stop using the portal at any time. On termination, your access to portal documents ends; we retain account records as described in our Privacy Policy.
Disclaimer of warranties
This website and the client portal are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site or portal will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Player Fund Inc will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of this website or the client portal.
